Update from Islamabad

i hope to get better internet access later today. until then...

alison & zoe arrived with all their baggage

two of four missing bags arrived today

still missing solar & bgan systems; BA still trying to locate; next flight arrives sunday

i have very limited battery recharge without my power system; alison has two solar panels which might cobble together a pretty limited system

flight to skardu today canceled; hoping for a flight tomorrow; team staying at the islamabad regency hotel tonight

ghulam will retrieve missing bags and forward to skardu if they come in

hoping we can get some alison & zoe video in islamabad & skardu and get some vlog content out by sunday from skardu

team will talk about options if bags don't arrive and send email again today with ideas

if we get bgan system, tentatively plan on transmission schedule published in most recent trip itinerary (dates are astricked)

discovered (and resolved) another BIG visa snafu again this week - more on that later...
